masalahnya telah ada sejak awal, kenapa juga dokter luar negri ntu boleh praktek di indonesia
kalo emang mau transfer ilmu ya bisa dijadikan konsultan aja, jangan berdiri sendiri
lama-kelamaan bisa ngelunjak semua tuh bule
