[Dokter Umum] Efusi pleura

Halo Dok,

Saya sedang menjalani pengobatan untuk penyakit efusi pleura, dan sekarang
sudah jalan 5 bulan.
5 bulan lalu, dokter saya mengambil cairan di paru2 saya menggunakan jarum
suntik, dan jumlah cairan hampir 1 botol air mineral. tetapi cairan tersebut
tidak di periksa lebih lanjut, karena menurut dokter cairan tersebut hanya
disebabkan oleh kuman biasa. yang ingin saya tanyakan, apakan penyakit saya
menular? karena saya bekerja di kantor yang notabene banyak orang. apakah
bila suatu saat ada orang terdekat terkena penyakit tersebut, bisa
dipastikan itu tertular dari saya?bagaimana membuktikannya, karena cairan
itu sudah dibuang pada waktu diambil. dokter saya menyatakan bahwa penyakit
saya tidak menular, karena bukan TBC, tapi hanya paru2 yang terendam cairan.
bagaimana pendapat dokter?
saat ini obat yang saya konsumsi Rimpaficin, INH Ciba, dan Nerva plus. apa
efek samping dari obat2 tersebut?
dan apa tandanya kalo saya sudah sembuh?
