hi dokter..sy silvi. tmn sy bs g buang air besar smpe semggu! wkt k puskesmas,ktnya krn kelebihn serat.sy bru dgr tuh dok ad istilh klebihn serat.pdhl udh minum byk..tp lncrny jg krn mkn pepya(brserat).gmn tuh dok?dah gt tika dia prhatiin,tnyt tiap dia mkn yg manis2,mulai lg tuh mslh babnya.mang da hubnya y dok?oy,cuci usus besar bs jd solusi g?
