Protein tidak masalah walaupun dalam jumlah
tinggi, klo berolahraga keras dan aktivitas tinggi kebutuhan protein 1 gram - 3 gram
protein per kg berat bdn agar otot Anda bisa berkembang.

Apakah ada efek dari kelebihan protein, misalnya ikiutan klub olah tubuh
trus minum suplemen protein tinggi, tambah jus putih telur tambah lagi telur
rebus maksudnya agak ototnya bisa cepat berkembang ... ??
