Based on literature terbaru, Zat besi atau Fe hanya di temukan di bahan
makanan yang berasal dari hewan, yaitu bagian yang megandung butiran darah,
seperti daging. Jadi hanya di daging yang berwarna merah.

Zat besi TIDAK DITEMUKAN dalam bayam.
