[Dokter Umum] Typhus tapi trombosit turun

Malam dok,

Sorry mau nanya? Gini... Teman saya kena thypus dah lumayan akut, tapi dibarengi trombositnya turun. Skrg lagi rawat inap di RS dah 3 hari ini. Apa yg hrs dilakukan utk menaikkan trombosit tanpa mengganggu thypusnya (apa yg boleh dan tdk boleh dimakan).
