[Dokter Umum] Biji jadi 3

Dok, mohon maaf...
Saya minta petunjuknya, "biji" saya yang sebelah kiri jadi 2 nyambung. Sehingga "biji" saya menjadi 3. nyerinya luar biasa. Tadinya saya pikir kejepit... Ini sudah 3 hari dok. Kata orang hernia...apa benar, dan sebaiknya saya harus bagaimana...??
