Hello,

In acute INH overdosage, patients are usually symptomatic within 30-45
minutes. However, symptoms may be delayed up to 2 hours, when the peak
serum level occurs. Potential symptoms include the following:

Nausea
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Irritability
Lethargy
Vague abdominal pain
Confusion
Dizziness
Light sensitivity
Other signs of INH toxicity include the following:

Hypotension
Tachycardia
Hyperpyrexia
Stupor
Tremor
Choking spells
Slurred speech
Mydriasis
Urinary retention
Ataxia
Hyperreflexia
Areflexia
Nystagmus
Hemorrhage (in the setting of disseminated intravascular
coagulation [DIC])
Cyanosis

Other adverse effects from long-term use include the following:

Fever, GI upset, oliguria, arthralgias, malaise
Optic neuritis
Paresthesias
Hepatic encephalopathy

Laboratory abnormalities observed with INH therapy include the following:

Elevated liver enzyme levels
Granulocytopenia or agranulocytosis
Eosinophilia
Thrombocytopenia
Anemia
Additional tests

Additional laboratory studies may be performed to assess for the following:

Elevated aspirin and acetaminophen levels in patients with
intentional exposure
Urine toxicologic screen, if suicide is suspected
Pregnancy, if indicated
Leukocytosis (complete blood count [CBC])
Lactic acidosis
Hyperglycemia
Ketonuria
Glycosuria
Ketonemia
Hypokalemia
Transient elevation of liver enzymes
Myoglobinuria
Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) pleocytosis
Ketonemia
Positive disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) panel

TB adalah bacteria, maka perbaikan adalah dg antibacteria protokol, yg
sangat bergantung pada kondisi tubuh, keadaan, keracunan dlsbnya yg
unique n sangat berbeda pada setiap org.

Intinya, TB yg menggunakan INH berlarut, mungkin perlu dilihat kenyatan
bahwa itu bukan TB.
