Harus tanya yang berkompeten, karena ini merupakan informasi terbaru.
Selama ini omega3 banyak di konsumsi karena bagus untuk jantung, namun
dengan adanya penelitian ini apakah kita perlu menghentikan atau cukup
dengan mengurangi asupan omega3 saja?
