Hasil pakai komputer 140/90
Pas treadmill jantung bagus, tp tensinya naik jadi 200/100, takut ga sih dok?
Lari 11menit,
Stage 1 : 3menit
Stage 2 : 3menit
Stage 3 : 3menit
Stage 4 : 2menit
Pencapaian heartbeat 85% pd menit stlh ke 11.
Setelah pendinginan, test tensi lagi 140/90
Gmn dok?
