Hello Grace,
Ikuti posting saya ttg apakah makanan bisa menggantikan kebutuhan
vitamin n mineral di forum Medisiana dg segala sanggahan n diskusinya.

http://www.medisiana.com

Meski tdk membaca semuanya, tetapi persoalan mengenai asam basa dan
metabolkisme adalah salah satu cara yg saya terapkan dlm memeprbaiki
tubuh terhadap gangguan.
Dg sendirinya saya setuju dg pengupasan tersebut, walau daftar produk
asam basa masih mesti diperhatikan faktor2 lainya, karena some people
makan asam jadi basa some makan basa justru jadi asam dlm tubuhnya ,
jadi tdks erta merata bisa diterapkan demikain saja.
Sallam,

The following foods are sometimes attributed to the Acidic side of the chart and sometimes to the Alkaline side.
