Ada kah yang tauu.. Apasih impact negatif dr memakai sendal refleksi berbahan keras misalnya plastik atau kayu selama 30menit berjalan pelan..dan sauna selama 30menit jg dgn suhu 40drjt bagi seorang cowok ..mohon pencerahannya
