[Dokter Umum] Diabetes

Malam doc,
Mau tanya ayah saya, 63th, penderita diabetes sudah hampir 20thn,
Kulit kaki nya (di depan betis) sudah mulai hitam sebagian,
Itu pertanda apa yah?
Sudah cek darah,hasil gula darahnya 178.
Apakah termasuk normal?
