Mau tanya nih ts....
Saya abis trauma pna kcelakaan jatuh pas maen speda downhill..
Hasil mri di l4-l5 ada bilging disk..
Trus divonis hnp..
Uda fisioterapi...
Ada yang punya litertaturnya nggak yah...
