[Dokter Umum] saran terbaik untuk gelas minum di kantor

Hi Dokter,
 
Membaca bahasan sebelumnya... mengenai air dalam kemasan plastik.
Saya perlu saran dokter nich, gelas sekali pakai dari bahan apa yang sebaiknya digunakan di kantor untuk keperluan sehari2 ??
